This plan is a product that pays you, the plan holder, 90% for your damaged or lost electronic devices. Coverage under this plan only applies to losses to electronic devices reported to us and shown in the plan agreement.  The value of the electronic device(s) covered in this plan will niot exceed the amount showin in the plan agreement.

You must be an active plan holder at the time of incident.

You must provide us with written notice within 30 days of incident of the damaged or lost electronic device(s).  Notice can be sent  to us via mail or e-mail.

You must deliver to us the electronic device(s) and all parts of the electronic device(s) that are damanged.  We at an additonal charge can arrange for the electronic device(s) to be pickup up.

Cosmetic damage other than cracks or breaks.

Intentional acts, damage, fraud, misrepresentation.

Any claims submitted after 30 days.

We are not an insurance company

This is a protection plan for damaged or lost electronic devices for K-12 schools or school corporations.  

The maximum amount of coverage shall not exceed the limits described within the protection plan coverage documentation.  

These Terms & Conditions are goverened by and interperted under the laws in which the plan was purchased.

This plan is effective upon selecting to purchase and confirmation of payment.  

This plan is an annual term.  Additional terms available up to 5 years.  

You may cancel this plan at anytime if there have been no electronic devices reported damaged or lost.

If you choose to cancel this plan and there are no reported electronic devices damaged or lost, you will be refunded 75% of your cost for the plan AND coverage will cease immediatley.
